Community Outreach Through Umuganda

BrightCore Energy Solutions (BCES) participates in Umuganda, Rwanda's monthly community work tradition, primarily to educate the community about renewable energies and solar.

These sessions help citizens, local leaders, and health workers understand the practical benefits of solar and renewable energy for everyday life and health service delivery.

BCES Staff Trained in Renewable Energies for Refrigeration (Solar Refrigeration)

BrightCore Energy Solutions (BCES) staff completed a specialised course on Renewable Energies in Refrigeration, with a focus on Solar Refrigeration.

The training centred on proper sizing, system design, and the engineering fundamentals of solar refrigeration, as well as cold chain and refrigeration practice for health and food systems.

Cold-chain for Global Health, Capacity Building With ACES

BrightCore Energy Solutions (BCES) is taking part in capacity-building activities under the Cold-chain for Global Health programme of the Africa Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Cooling and Cold-chain (ACES).

These engagements build BCES's institutional and technical capacity in sustainable cooling and cold-chain for health systems.

BCES is currently developing a project under the continuous Improvement Plan (cIP) of the Africa Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Cooling and Cold-chain (ACES).

The ongoing programme aims to strengthen sustainable cold-chain capacity for health systems, aligned with our mission to develop improve cold chain sustainability in Healthcare and Agriculture.
